1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving return approval.
- Sale, clearance, and innerwear items are non-returnable due to hygiene and promotional reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear & lingerie
- Accessories like socks, caps, belts
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@spotdeal.online with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and use a reliable courier to return the product.
- Share the tracking details via email for a smoother process.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or wrong.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once the returned item passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, you will be asked to provide bank details for NEFT refund.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will arrange for a free return or replacement.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
